Products under warranty are repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer within 12 months of purchase.&#xA0;</p><p>Alana Maria Jewellery&#x2019;s warranty covers repair and restoration services for any products deemed defective or faulty, requiring the expertise of our specialists. Please note, our warranty does not cover lost items, accidental breakage and general wear and tear, such as scratched, tarnished or faded jewellery. Our warranty does not cover inappropriate use or storage of your product, and any work undertaken on one of our pieces by third parties, including resizing or repairs.&#xA0;</p><p>Furthermore, our product warranty does not extend to the replacement, exchange or refund of products due to normal wear and lack of adherence to our recommended product care guidelines. Your jewellery is a cherished investment, and proper care ensures its longevity.&#xA0;</p><p>After our 12-month warranty period, we offer a lifetime repair service for a small fee, ensuring you can cherish your jewellery for years to come. Learn more about the Alana Maria Jewellery recycling program here.&#xA0;</p><h4 id="fees-outside-of-the-warranty-period"><strong>Fees outside of the warranty period</strong></h4><p>Outside the 12 month warranty period, any repairs will attract a fee:&#xA0;</p><ul><li>Customers will have to cover the RRP cost of any components or charms requiring replacement on top of the service fee&#xA0;</li><li>$30 - $50 restring fee for bracelets and necklaces respectively (service fee included in price)&#xA0;</li></ul><h4 id="amj-forever-bracelet-and-anklets"><strong>AMJ Forever bracelet and anklets</strong></h4><p>Warranty on our AMJ forever bracelets and anklets follow our same 12-month warranty of all products.&#xA0;</p><p>Should your AMJ forever experience any breakage within 12 months of your initial appointment, kindly book another appointment on our website <a href="https://alanamariajewellery.com/pages/permanent-bracelets" style=" text-decoration: none;" title="https://alanamariajewellery.com/pages/permanent-bracelets" class="fr-strong">here</a> to have it re-welded free of charge. During this session, our jeweller will assess the possibility of re-welding your piece. Please ensure the safekeeping of your chain in the interim.</p><p>Breakage beyond the initial 12-month warranty period, will be deemed as natural wear and tear. Unfortunately we do not offer the option of a store credit in this case. However, we encourage the addition of a bracelet or anklet clasp, free of charge. This will provide greater durability and is likely to be more suitable for active lifestyles.&#xA0;</p><p>AMJ forever pieces outside our 12-month warranty can also be applied to our recycling program. This service includes checking settings to ensure stones are secure.</p><h5 id="insurance-recommendation"><u>Insurance Recommendation:</u></h5><p>Alana Maria recommends securing insurance for engagement rings to cover accidental damages beyond our warranty.</p><h5 id="return-shipping-responsibility"><u>Return Shipping Responsibility:</u></h5><p>Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for repairs or servicing.
