If your bracelet is still within the warranty period, we’ll repair it free of charge provided the issue is due to a fault in the chain or pendant. Just bring the broken parts into the store for assessment.

If your bracelet is outside of warranty or the damage occurred due to accidental reasons (e.g. the chain got caught on clothing and the pendant was lost), a repair fee will apply. You’ll only be charged for the components that need replacing—for example, just the pendant if the chain remains intact. For repair please book in for a Refresh and Repair On arrival of your appointment our jewellers will assess your piece and re-weld your chain.
