My Forever bracelet broke and l am not able to get to a store/I live InternationallyUpdated 11 days ago

If you're unable to visit one of our stores or live overseas, you’re welcome to post your bracelet back to us for repair. We can restore it by adding a clasp so you can continue to wear it. To arrange this, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your full name, order number, and postal address.

If your bracelet is within warranty and the break is due to a fault with the chain or pendant, you will not be charged for the repair or the materials required.

Domestic Customers (Australia): If you're in Australia and unable to visit a store:

  • We will cover the shipping cost to return the bracelet to us.

  • We will also cover the cost of the clasp and return shipping to you.

International Customers: If you are located outside Australia:

  • You will need to cover the shipping cost to send the bracelet to us

  • We will cover the return shipping cost back to you
