If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

To withdraw, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and confirmation that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. 

Your refund will be processed once the returned goods have been received by us.

The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer, unless the goods are faulty or we have agreed otherwise.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised, including personalised jewellery and items that have been engraved or customised at your request.
