Yes, you can select Click-and-Collect at checkout for our Freshwater Store. If you have already placed an online order for delivery but now you would rather pick up and your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can arrange to change your order to a click-and-collect at our Freshwater store. In this case, please get in touch with our customer care team to discuss changing your order by calling our store on 0466697948 or emailing [email protected]

Please note that Click & Collect orders need to be collected within 10 days of purchase. If they’re not picked up within this time, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
