What is a tiered based structure?

The loyalty program is structured into four distinct tiers - Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond (Invite only). As customers continue to make repeat purchases, their annual spend will increase, allowing them to advance through the tiers. Each tier offer

What happens to my annual spend when I return or cancel an order?

The RRP of any returned or cancelled items will be subtracted from your annual spend. If the returned or cancelled items are exchanged for a gift voucher, the corresponding amount will not be counted toward your spend until the voucher is redeemed.

When will I receive my loyalty voucher?

Your voucher code will be generated instantly after redeeming your points. It will appear on-screen and be available at checkout for immediate use.
