The service fee paid at the time the appointment is booked is non-refundable. In order for the service fee to be refunded, cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. All no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the service fee and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs while adhering to our policies.
If you are unable to attend your appointment and wish to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. All rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance from the scheduled appointment time to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. Please email [email protected]or call 0466697948 between Monday-Friday 9-5 with your name, AMJ Forever location, current appointment time and the time you are requesting to reschedule your appointment to, and we will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible. In this instance, via manual override, you will not be required to pay the service fee twice.
