What Jewellery is eligible for the recycling program?
Items that are eligible for the recycling program include ANY Alana Maria jewellery. Jewellery from other brands will not be accepted.
What Metal of Jewellery can I recycle?
You can recycle ANY of Alana Maria 14k gold-filled, Gold Vermeil, 925 Sterling Silver and Solid Gold jewellery in the recycling program.
Is there a cost to participate in the recycling program?
No, participating in the recycling program is free. We want to encourage sustainable practices without any barriers.
What happens to my pre-loved jewellery?
The returned jewellery will be carefully sorted by metal, melted down, and repurposed into new components. The melting process, carried out at extremely high temperatures, naturally sanitises the metals, eliminating impurities before they are transformed into fresh designs. Each piece is broken down to its core materials and reimagined into something entirely new.
How often can I participate int he recycling program?
You can participate as often as you like! As long as your jewellery is eligible, we encourage regular recycling to help reduce waste.
