HOW IT WORKS:

1. Gather your old jewellery you would like to recycle.

2. Check eligibility. All Alana Maria jewellery made from recyclable materials - 14k gold-filled, Gold Vermeil, 925 Sterling Silver and Solid Gold - currently qualifies for our recycling program

3. Visit our returns portal here to initiate your return of pre-loved jewellery.

4. Package your return. Use a padded envelope or small box to prevent damage during transit.

5. Ship your jewellery. Visit your local postal service to send your package.

4. Receive store credit. Once we receive and process your pre-loved jewellery, you will receive a store credit to the value of 25% of the original purchase price of your pieces.
